What is your return policy for custom products?
Since our products are custom-made to order, we cannot offer returns for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee and will replace it free of charge.
How do I know if my photo resolution is high enough?
Our online uploader includes a built-in quality meter. Once you upload your photo and select a size, the tool will automatically rate your image quality from 'Poor' to 'Excellent' to ensure a crisp print.
